Oriental Chicken

I love asian inspired meals. This one is about as simple as you can get – but bursting with flavor!

Here’s what you need:

– Chicken Breast
– Soy Sauce
– Ginger
– Garlic Powder
– Olive Oil
– Sesame Seeds (optional)

Slice chicken breast thinly, cook with a small amount if Olive oil in a sauté pan. While cooking sprinkle with equal parts garlic powder, ginger and salt. When completely cooked, throw a few splashes of soy sauce. Serve over shredded cabbage (which can also be cooked and seasoned the same way – it’s a magical seasoning blend) and brown rice or quinoa.
