– milk or almond milk (no vanilla)
– fresh basil (optional)
Make pasta according to box. In sauté pan heat 1 tsp oil and 2 cloves chopped garlic, cook for 2 min. Add 1 cup pumpkin purée, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Heat until combined. Add to pasta and garnish with fresh Basil.
