These wraps are such a delightful summer meal. They LOOK fancy, but are super simple to make and if you are having company, it’s a fun way to make the meal extra special. To save time, you could just have all the ingredients out and let everyone assemble their own wrap.
First – you need to make your Thai Ground Turkey.
– 1lb Ground Turkey
– Soy Sauce
– Creamy Peanut Butter
– Ground Ginger
– Red Curry Paste
Brown 1lb of ground turkey, mix in 1 tsp ground ginger, 1 Tbs red curry paste, 2 Tbs soy sauce, 3 Tbs peanut butter.
Next, gather your supplies to make the wraps.
– Thai Ground Turkey
– Sesame Seeds
– Brown Rice
– Little Gem Lettuce
Spoon brown rice into individual leaf, top with ground turkey, squeeze a lime wedge over top and sprinkle with sesame seeds. (You can also just serve the turkey over the rice and make a side salad, but the wraps are just so fun!)
