Maple Pecan Granola

I love. love. love granola. It is crunchy, nutty, sweet, and healthy. Making it yourself is crazy easy and makes the whole house smell like heaven!

Here’s what you need:

– Old Fashioned Oats
– Olive Oil
– Maple Syrup
– Coconut Flakes
– Pecans (chopped)
– Sea Salt
– Vanilla Extract

Mix 3 cups oats, 1 cup shredded coconut, 1 cup pecans, 1/2 cup maple syrup and 1/4 cup olive oil a sprinkle of sea salt and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 min, flip, and bake another 15 min. Let cool/harden 20 min and Enjoy!
