Oatmeal is super healthy for you, really inexpensive and pretty quick to make. It can also be tasteless and boring (sorry, Mr. Quaker). Here is one of my favorite variations. The bananas make it sweet and the walnuts add not only flavor but a great texture.
Here’s what you need :
– 1/2 Banana
Cook oats on stovetop with 1 part oats to 2 parts water and a sprinkle of sea salt. When oats are done, mash in some sliced banana, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
