3 Ingredient Pancakes

I love weekends…I know it’s only Thursday, but the weekend is close enough that I am already thinking about it, and for me, weekends mean pancakes!

The longer I eat clean and healthy, the less I crave and the less I want to even have one cheat meal! It just makes me feel SO yuck that it’s barely worth it anymore (with a few exceptions!). 

Here is my FAVORITE and most simple 3 ingredient pancake recipe that is fully 21 Day Fix approved!



1 yellow container of old fashioned oats
1/2 banana
2 eggs
*sprinkle of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp honey


Put the oats, banana and eggs into a food processor or blender. Blend until combined. (add in your cinnamon and vanilla if you like) Heat your skillet and drizzle coconut oil so it doesn’t stick. Cook pancakes and drizzle with 1 tsp of honey.



  1. These were great, I added a tablespoon of peanut butter (still within 21 day fix rules) to zazz it up and then I didn’t even need the honey! Great recipe 🙂
