I’ve gotten several people wanting to know what a typical day eating according to the 21 Day Fix meal plan would look like.
Here’s what I ate yesterday.
2 eggs (1 red container)
Kale (1 green container)
a Peach (1 purple container)
2 tsp of almond butter (2 tsp)
Watermelon (1 purple container)
Kale, Lettuce, Tomato, Carrots, Asparagus (3 green containers)
Sweet Corn (1 yellow container)
Chicken breast (1 red container)
Vinaigrette Salad Dressing (1 orange container)
1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology (1 red container)
1 tsp Almond Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Dry Roasted Peanuts (1 blue container)
Hamburger (1 red container)
Kale with Corn (1 green container + 1 yellow container)
1 dollop of Salsa (borrowed from a purple container)
Frozen Strawberries (1 purple container – one strawberry to make up for the salsa at dinner)
Plain greek yogurt (1 red container)
1 tsp. Honey
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
So there you go! Tons of food – never really hungry – and totally do-able!
