This is my favorite 21 Day Fix Approved Dessert and it requires NO YELLOWS!

For those of you on the 21 Day Fix, you know how precious the yellows are :)

I love, love, love ice cream…especially in the summer, so I was pretty happy when I tried this recipe and didn’t even feel like I was sacrificing one bit!

  1. Hi Vanessa, this recipe sounds great. I was just wondering. What container category does the honey count as? Or is pure honey a free food?

    • When it talks about coffee in the book it says a small amount of honey, or stevia is allowed, so if you don’t use it for coffee you can use it elsewhere…at least that’s my understanding!

  2. I’m curious to know if this treat is still as good if I make a large batch and keep it frozen. Have you ever tried freezing it for later?

    • Hey April!
I just migrated my blog over and am working out he kinks! In the mean time, here is the recipe:

      1 Purple container frozen strawberries
1/2 Red container of plain greek yogurt
      Drizzle of honey or stevia
      Squeeze of 1 fresh lemon

Put all ingredients into the food processor and blend until creamy!
      Enjoy!

    • Hi Jennifer,
You can just eyeball it to get to the consistency you like! I think about a cup of frozen fruit should work and 1/2 cup of yogurt and a squeeze of lemon juice and a squeeze of honey :) Sorry to not be more specific but the measuring is really just for those who want to stay within their portions for the 21 Day Fix, but if you are just looking for a healthy treat – go by your eyes! If it looks too watery, add more frozen fruit, if it’s to thick, add more yogurt or liquid. It’s so delicious, you can’t go wrong!

  3. So does the recipe make one serving? And does it count as one yellow?? Looks yummy, I want to try it! I LOVE ice cream!
