5 Great Exercises for Your Third Trimester

With my previous pregnancies I actually DID have a pre-natal workout video. But only one, and it have two different workouts and I did them a handful of times and got bored.

I honestly think one of the BIGGEST differences with this pregnancy and why I’ve been so consistent with my workouts has been VARIETY! I love Beachbody on Demand and use it for ALL my workouts – Brazil Butt Lift has been a staple for me because it is so FUN, challenging and needs little to no modificiations – even as I enter my THIRD trimester. So imagine my JOY when I logged on this morning and saw a brand new workout available.

This one has been my FAVORITE yet! And I just HAD to share five of my favorite moves from the workout!!

These are great for ANYONE (Brazil Butt Lift is in fact a REGULAR workout and not specifically designed for pregnancy) but really great for pregnant moms as well!
