I’m sure if you’ve caught on or not, but I like to keep things simple. I try at least! When it comes to cooking and my recipes I take the same approach. Sometimes I doubt myself – can something so simple actually taste good? Well, when it comes to this chicken the answer is YES YES YES.
Here’s what you need:
– Chicken Breast
– Tomatoes
– Fresh Basil
– Garlic
– Olive Oil
Slice chicken breasts so they are thin. Sauté in Olive oil until cooked. In a separate pan heat Olive oil and add 1 clove of garlic, minced. Heat until fragrant, 1-2 min, add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, 6 min. Pour over chicken and sprinkle chopped fresh Basil over top. Serve with whole wheat pasta and green beans.
