Chili Lime Shrimp Bowl

Why do most people dislike eating healthy? No flavor!! I can (kind of) understand that. Sugar and Fat adds a LOT of flavor to foods and usually healthier foods cut out those types of things. BUT I have found amazing ways to add flavor without adding calories. One of my absolute FAVORITE ways to do this is with citrus!!

This recipe for Chili Lime Shrimp is bursting with flavor and other than 1tsp of olive oil is TOTALY clean. After making the shrimp, I threw some brown rice and veggies into the pan so all of the delicious flavor got transferred to them as well.

This was AMAZING and took just a few minutes to throw together – especially since I had the brown rice and veggies already made and just had to re-heat.

What you need:
– Shrimp
– Chili Powder
– Garlic Powder
– Salt
– Olive Oil
– Lime

Heat 1-2 tsp olive oil in pan, cook shrimp on med heat. Season liberally with salt, chili powder, garlic powder and lime. Add brown rice and veggies for a complete meal.
