No Bake Energy Bites

These energy bites are quick and easy to make and pack a PUNCH of energy. They are a GREAT alternative to granola bars. You can use Almond Butter instead of Peanut Butter (which usually has a lot of oil and sugar) or try to make your own peanut butter with roasted peanuts in a food processor. 

Here’s what you need:

– Old fashioned Oats
– Ground Flaxseed
– Peanut Butter
– Cocoa Powder
– Honey
– Vanilla Extract

Mix 1 Cup oats 1/2 Cup peanut butter 1/2 Cup flaxseed 1/3 Cup honey 1 Tbs cocoa 1 tsp vanilla Sprinkle of salt. Roll into balls and store in freezer.
