This dessert is simple to make but complex in its flavors.

– Maldon Salt Flakes
– Oven Roasted Almonds
– Bittersweet Chocolate
– Coconut Flakes
Melt chocolate in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water. Once melted pour into parchment paper lined shallow dish. Sprinkle chopped almonds, coconut and salt flakes. Cool in freezer and break into “bite sized” pieces.
