Lemon Rosemary Chicken

This is a staple in our house. The fresh lemon and rosemary elevates this simple dish and makes you feel a little fancy, even though the price is anything but. My husband and kids LOVE it when I make it and to keep it 21 Day Fix approved for me, I just remove the skin. I can’t believe how simple it is for me to eat clean and healthy and feed my family at the same time. There’s no need for me to make other preparations for them, we eat all the same things!

Here’s what you need:

– Chicken Thighs with Skin
– Lemon
– Fresh Rosemary
– Sea Salt
– Pepper

Pat skin dry. Season liberally with salt and pepper. Pull leaves off rosemary sprig and season chicken. Slice lemon wedge and place on chicken. Bake at 359 degrees for 1 hour until skin is crispy.
